Our delivery charges are clearly displayed on every product page. Simply click the 'Delivery Charges' tab on a product page to see the latest prices.
We have a collection every working weekday at 5pm and we aim to despatch all orders received before 4pm on the same day. Any orders received after this cut-off point will be processed the following working day. We currently use Royal Mail and Interlink Express for the delivery of all of our items.
We currently offer customers various shipping options. These are as follows:
We obtain proof of postage for all items. As with all postal services very occasionally items get 'lost' in the postal system and fail to arrive at their destination. This is something that is completely out of our control - we will however do what we can to address this issue for you (see below).
If you have received an email informing you that your item has been despatched and you are concerned that it may have been lost please first check with your local Royal Mail sorting office. Occasionally Royal Mail fail to leave 'you were out' cards and it is always worth checking with them in the first instance.
Standard Delivery - Royal Mail do not consider an item lost unless it has been missing in the postal system for 15 working days. We also use this timescale and as such will not consider issuing a refund or sending a second item until this time period has passed.
Next Working Day Delivery - Items sent using this method virtually never fail to arrive. If you have received a Royal Mail Special Delivery or Interlink Express tracking number and your item has not arrived by the time stated above please contact us immediately.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made by us or our carrier to the address for delivery shown in the Order Form. It is important that this address is accurate. Please be precise about where you would like the Goods left if you are out when we deliver. Once the Goods have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions, you will be responsible for them. Our responsibility for everything other than damage due to our negligence or due to a manufacturing design or design fault will cease upon delivery.
We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery or, if no date has been agreed, within 30 days of the order date. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the delivery date we will contact you. If delivery cannot be made within 30 days of the given delivery date you will be entitled to either arrange a revised date or cancel the order and receive a full refund. If we are able to make delivery in advance of the given date we will contact you.
If the order is a multiple order and we are unable to make delivery of the whole order but are able to deliver part we will contact you, informing you of this, and delivery will be on a mutually agreed date. In this instance delivery will be said to be made in instalments. Each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and any failure by us to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these conditions, or any claim by you in respect of any one or more installments will not entitle you to treat the contract as a whole as repudiated.
If we fail for any reason within our control to fully/partially deliver your Goods any reimbursement shall be no more than the price of the Goods, together with any delivery and/or reasonable return costs.
Any items ordered through our online store can be returned for an exchange or refund provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt. All items returned must be in their original condition and have all of their packaging and component parts present. Any items that do not fill this criteria will be returned.
Return Postage - If you are returning an item for an exchange you will be required to pay a £4.00 reshipping fee for postage of the new item. You will be contacted by a customer services representative for payment details.
Product Hygiene - We would respectfully request that all customers purchasing products from Knight Health Ltd with a view to assessing the suitability, size and quality of a product do so WITHOUT compromising the hygiene of the product and without ACTIVATING the item if it is dormant upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any returned items should we consider that the item has been 'used' to such a degree that it is rendered unsaleable.
If there is any additional money to be paid for the exchange item you will be contacted by a customer services representative.
We aim to process all returns within 5 working days. If you are due a refund on your return this will be processed automatically and money will be credited to the card on which you placed the original order.

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty product please read the following information.
In order to speed up the way that returns are dealt with we have arranged with certain suppliers/brands that faulty items can be returned directly to them. This speeds up the processing of many returns as it prevents us having to accept all returned items, unpack them, re-pack them and then forward them on to the appropriate manufacturer (and the same on the return trip).
To return your faulty item please follow the following procedure:
1. Fully complete the returns form received with your order.
2. Locate your brand below and return to the address listed (you may wish to call beforehand).
PLEASE NOTE: We advise you to obtain proof of postage when returning your product, we do not take responsibility for items lost in the post.
